Background
She was born on April 25, 1947 – in the city of Uzhur (is now part of the Krasnoyarsk Krai), Russia.
After graduating from high school, she reached in Moscow and set foot into the Moscow State Linguistic University. After graduating, she made a move to St. Petersburg, where she married Alexei Samsonov. In 1971, she and her husband established in the anew built panel house number 4 on Dimitrov Street.
In 2000, her husband disappeared. She pleaded to the police, but searches submitted not a thing.
Murders
After her husband’s vanishing, she leased out a room in her apartment. On September 6, 2003 (during a argument), she killed her tenant Sergei Potanin (he was a 44 year old citizen from Norilsk). She dismembered his dead body and get rid of it on the roads of St. Desyhis Way.
In March 2015, a common friend asked (79 year old) Valentina Nikolaevna Ulanova (who also lived in Dimitrv Street) to refuge Tamara for the time being while Tamara’s apartment was being refurbished. She lived in Valentina’s apartment for multiple months (while assisting with the housework). The bond between the two worsened, and when Valentina asked Tamara to vacate – she declined to move out.
Tamara made a trip to Pushkin (is a municipal town in Pushkinsky District of the civil city of St. Petersburg, Russia) and convinced a pharmacist to sell her the medication phenazepam (is a benzodiazepine medicine; it is utilized to tend of several mental disorders – such as psychiatric schizophrenia and anxiety; it can also be utilized as a antecedent dose before surgery as it increase the results of anesthetics). Investigation and compulsory treatment
On July 29, 2015, Tamara was escorted to the Frunze District Court of St. Petersburg. A forensic psychiatric examination set on November 26, 2015, that she was jeopardy to society and to herself, and she was settled into a specialized institution until the conclusion of the investigation.
On December 2015, Tamara was settled for compulsory psychiatric treatment in a restricted hospital in Kazan.
She is being investigated with reference to 14 murders.
Police discovered a diary including facts of some of the murders. One entry affirms that she: “killed my tenant Volodya, cut him into pieces in the bathroom with a knife and put the pieces of his body in plastic bags and threw them away in the different parts of Frunzensky District.”
